Groundwork

Groundwork, Heft Gallery’s second group show, features 30 works by 26 artists who explore procedural systems as a means of developing new visual languages. Through experiments in process, material, and the embedded intelligence of systems, the artworks emerge in diverse forms ranging from algorithmic plots and woven canvases to ceramic vessels, Polaroids, cast plaster, and marble sculpture.

On Wednesday, June 25th, we welcomed over 400 guests to the gallery for a lively opening night filled with art, cocktails, and dumplings amidst the heat wave in NYC.

Stop by Heft Gallery located at 300 Broome in NYC’s Lower East Side between Jun 25 - Jul 26 to view works from this show, and read more about the works here: Groundwork exhibition page.
